Sabrosa City (sister city of Cebu) Mayor Jose Manuel de Carvalho Marques, receive a coffee table book ´´Bayang Magiliw´´ (Finding Bel Paese) during his courtesy call on Ambassador Philippe J. Lhuillier at the Philippine Embassy in Lisbon. Sabrosa is the birthplace of Ferdinand Magellan, known as Fernão de Magalhães in Portugal. Sabrosa is part of  the Global Network of Magellan Cities, which includes several cities sharing the history of the first circumnavigation of the world.
