The public is advised that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) announced that the iRehistro platform, which is used in the ongoing overseas voter registration, is now accessible through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1, starting 8:00 AM, today, Philippine time.

Please note that per Section 14 of COMELEC Resolution 10833, the overseas voting registrants may accomplish the OVF 1, through the iRehistro platform. If the applicant used the PDF-fillable form or the iRehistro platform, he/ she shall print the duly accomplished OVF 1 and bring the same to the Philippine Embassy or designated registration center on the date of filing or appointment.
